You can upload / update The foll details for every Church:
- All details regarding the Church like name, address, contact person, contact nos, contact email ids, address, direction etc
- All Worship / service times like Mass, Adoration, Confession, Holy Days, Devotion, Office Hours, School (prayers classes)
- Upto Five Church images
- Upto Five notice images and One downloadable Church Bulletin
- Upto Five event images and One downloadable brochure

This will be reviewed and approved by the site administrator before it becomes visible to All

If you are a parishioner or volunteer, first go to the church listing page on the directory website. Click the green ‘Update This Church’ button and complete the update form and submit.
Our staff will review and verify the updates usually within 48 hours. To make immediate changes, you must have a member administrator account and be the listing owner or authorized church staff.

To publish an event, login to your member dashboard and select 'Update Church' on the dashboard. Select the relevent church to which this event is attached to, go to Add / Update Event' section and Add / edit the details. Events are displayed on your church listing page and also on the 'Events' directory page.

Make sure the files you want to upload are the formats ChurchLeaf accepts. Files should be in gif, jpg or png formats, and each section specfies the acceptable dimensions. If the uploading still fails, it's very likely the files are corrupted, Have them checked and fixed, and then try uploading again. Or the image / upload files are not of specified dimensions, there are many online tools available to assist edit the dimensions/size of your files.

Old and irrelevant content is regularly removed from the listing, usually by the Church Administrator or on report of inaccurate / abuse

A Church Admin is expected to take responsibility of uploading and maintaining updated information on this website. And also replying to queries sent by visitors to their listing.

Go to the church detail page on the website and click on Apply as Church Admin. Following your application, our staff will review and verify the request. Please include your correct contact details and fill in the form for us to process the form quickly. The process can take anywhere from 1-72 hours.

This information is confidential, available with the site admin team, if you are the rightful Church Administrator for a particular listing click Apply as Church Admin and let us know that you want to be the new church administrator and why. Make sure to include your phone and contact information in case we need to call and speak with you. The Status of your application is displayed in the Administrator Listings section of the dashboard.

An existing Church administrator has an option to withdraw and a new Church Administrator for a particular listing can click Apply as Church Admin and apply

When using our iPhone or Android App go to the church page you wish to bookmark. Note there is a "bookmark icon" button located at the top-right or button of the screen. Press this icon to bookmark the church and choose 'save on home screen. You can then easily access your bookmarked churches on the Home Screen.

Additionally If you see a link to their website, go there and look for an email address or contact form. If still unsuccessful, look for a link to their Diocese on their listing and contact the diocese for assistance.

Because so many churches manage their own email lists and websites, we no longer offer weekly email alerts for church bulletins. For churches that upload their bulletins to Churchleaf.com we recommend that you bookmark their directory listing page and check weekly for bulletin updates. You may also make inquiry with your church to see if they offer weekly email subscription service.
